How do I create a user name and password?

From the Home page, click the "Register" button and fill out all of the fields. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All fields except for cell phone #, extension and fax # are required. The collection of personal information serves as an identifier for each participant registering for an event through the Woodland Joint Unified School District. Be sure to select a user name and password you will remember. User names and passwords must be at least six (6) characters. You will receive an email confirmation indicating that you have successfully registered.


How can I tell if I'm logged on?

Check the top right corner of the Home page. If you see "Welcome Guest", you have not logged on and need to try again. If you see "Welcome (your name)" you have logged on correctly.


How do I sign up for a class?

Log on to Enroll'd from the "Home" page. Now you can search for events by month, teacher/instructor, event/training or grade level. Once you find an event you wish to attend, click on the event to get more details. On the training event details page, click the "Signup" button.


What do I do if I can't remember my user name and password?

If you can't remember your user name, you'll need to contact technical support at 530-406-3242. Once you have your user name, you can request your password. Passwords are confidential and not available through technical support. To get your password, go to the "Home" page, enter your user name in the log-on box and select "Forgot Password?" Enroll'd will e-mail you your password.


Can I change my password?

Yes. Log on using your current user name and password. Your personal information page will open. From this page you can drop a class, provide feedback, check your schedule, change your password and update your profiles.


How do I drop a class?

Log on to Enroll'd. From your personal information page select "Drop" located under the "Class" icon. Select the class you would like to drop.


How do I provide feedback?

Log on to Enroll'd. From your personal information page select "Provide Feedback" under the "Class" icon. Select the class you would like to provide feedback.


What is sub-finder?

Sub-finder is a method WJUSD employees utilize to request substitutes. Sub-finder is for internal use only.


Can I sign up for a class if I am not an employee of Woodland Joint Unified School District?

Many of our courses are available to individuals outside of WJUSD. Please check "Training Event Details" for availability and class fees. WJUSD accepts cash, checks and purchase orders, with payment made to "Woodland Joint Unified School District".
